Bleaching machine OPTIBLEACH KF

Bleaching plant for the pretreatment of cotton and cotton blend knitted fabrics which are sensitive to tension and which are to be continuously desized, demineralized and bleached. The plant offers an additional benefit when used for color and print post-washing.

The further developed modules OPTISPLASH KF as high-performance scrubber, OPTIDWELL KF as dwelling unit and the OPTISTEAM KF as continuous steamer ideally carry out the individual process stages in combination with the OPTIDOS online dosing system.

The fabric tension forces are preselected for each process step, according to the fabric quality. The low fabric tensions in all phases of fabric treatment generate products with first-class properties. Each plant element supports the demand for efficient use of resources through high efficiencies.
