KKV dyeing padder Opticoulour

The latest generation of S-roll padder combines the flexibility of inking with innovative machine technology. Direct printing, retractable basin and stainless steel housing are just some of the noteworthy aspects.

Dyeing is achieved by the interaction of the automatic dosing system, the temperature-controlled dye liquor and the original ANDRITZ KÜSTERS S-Roll system for perfect color application.
The process control system facilitates operation of the plant by providing all process parameters for each fabric in a reproducible form for production.

The special KKV dyeing unit OPTICOLOUR KF is ideally suited for use with tension-sensitive knitted fabrics. The fabric tension forces are specifically preselected for each fabric quality. Spreading devices, smooth-running roller guides with low free fabric travel, electronic synchronization elements and frequency-controlled spiral spreaders harmoniously support fabric travel at every point.

The dyeing trough of the OPTICOLOUR padder can be moved out for easy cleaning. Depending on the application or the desired fabric guidance, different trough designs can be realized. In addition, a displacement body can help to keep the liquor volume in the trough to a minimum, and double-wall cooling of the trough can keep the process temperatures consistently stable.
