Washing Machine Combi

Our Menzel combination washing system with high-performance washing compartments based on the classic roller skid achieves the best washing results. The special fabric feed and the use of scraper rollers increase the specific washing effect and therefore reduce the costs for water and energy.

Smooth-running, externally mounted guide rolls and individually driven top rolls guarantee crease-free fabric run even with the most delicate goods. The large windows simplify access and maintenance of the system. The combination washer is also equipped with indirect steam heating per washing compartment.

The Menzel OPTICONTROL control system monitors all process-relevant parameters during operation and can regulate the fully automatic dosing of chemicals and water. It has a recipe management and an optional consumption data acquisition. A connection to the customer's network is just as easy to implement via common interfaces.

The OPTIPREG impregnation box can be used for the application of bleaching liquor in the KKV process, as well as in combination with the MENZEL OPTIFLEX Pad-Roll bleach or the MENZEL OPTISTEAM steamers for hot bleaching.
