So wird, wie beim Latten\u00adbreithalter, die Ware auf ihrer gesamten Breite materialschonend gestreckt. Gleichzeitig kann man den Breitstreck\u00adeffekt w\u00e4hrend des Laufes wie bei der Breit\u00adstreck\u00adwalze stufenlos manuell verstellen. Aufgrund dieser Merkmale eignet sich unserer Schnurbreit\u00adhalter besonders im Einsatz bei empfind\u00adlichen Materialien, wie z.B. bei sehr d\u00fcnnen Folien, aber auch in der Papier-, Nonwoven- und Textil\u00adindustrie. Mit unserer jahrelangen Erfahrung im Bereich Warenf\u00fchrung sowie Auf-und Abwicklung k\u00f6nnen wir problemlos Ihre unter\u00adschiedlichen Anfor\u00adderungen und Belastungen ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/p><p>Das Kernst\u00fcck des Schnur\u00adbreithalters ist ein Aluminium-K\u00f6rper mit 24 bzw. 30 L\u00e4ngsnuten, die gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig am Umfang angeordnet sind. In diesen Profilnuten werden hochelastische Rundschn\u00fcre gef\u00fchrt. Das Dehnungs\u00adverhalten dieser speziellen Rundschnur bewirkt faltenfreies, schonendes und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiges Breitstrecken auf der ganzen Warenbreite. Hierbei erlauben spezielle Schnurtypen auch den Einsatz in Temperatur\u00adbereichen bis zu 170 \u00b0C.<\/p><p>Abh\u00e4ngig von Ihrer Warenart k\u00f6nnen Sie die Warenbahn\u00adgeschwindigkeit und den Umschlingungswinkel anpassen. Die maximale Geschwindigkeit betr\u00e4gt dabei je nach Durchmesser 350 &#8211; 600 m\/min und der Umschling\u00adungs\u00adwinkel kann zwischen 30\u00b0 &#8211; 160\u00b0 eingestellt werden. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen Sie den Breitstreck\u00adeffekt auch w\u00e4hrend des Betriebes stufenlos zwischen 0 \u2013 100 mm verstellen. Bei sehr geringen Warenbahn\u00adspannungen und empfindlichen Waren ist auf Wunsch eine angetriebene Ausf\u00fchrung ebenfalls lieferbar.<\/p><p>Da wir eine Vielzahl von Befestigungs\u00advarianten anbieten, ist es m\u00f6glich den Schnurbreit\u00adhalter auch nachtr\u00e4glich einzubauen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist die Wartung der Schnur\u00adbreithalter unkompliziert und Ersatzteile sowie Ersatz\u00adschn\u00fcre k\u00f6nnen leicht in Eigenregie ausgetauscht werden.<\/p><p>Wir beraten
