Der Einsatz von Geogitter oder Geogrids unter der Asphaltdecke stabilisiert die Gesamtkonstruktion und nimmt die Kr\u00e4fte von der Oberfl\u00e4chenschicht auf. Durch diese Tragschichtbewehrung kann sowohl die Bauzeit reduziert werden als auch Tragschichtmaterial wie beispielsweise Schotter eingespart werden.<\/p><p>Bei der Herstellung werden Geogitter aus Polyester, Glas oder Basalt beschichtet. Aufgrund der Anwendungsgebiete ist es erforderlich, dass hierbei gro\u00dfe Materialbreiten erreicht werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p>Menzel entwickelt und baut Beschichtungsanlagen nach Kundenbed\u00fcrfnissen bis zu Gitterbreiten von 6.400 mm, diese k\u00f6nnen sowohl offline als auch online eingesetzt werden.<\/p><p>In der Grundausstattung bestehen unsere Anlagen f\u00fcr die Beschichtung von Geotextilien und Geogrids aus einem Auftragssystem, Infrarot-Trockner und einem Wickler. Das Beschichtungsmaterial (PVC, Acrylat oder Bitumen) wird pr\u00e4zise mittels Pflatschsystem aufgetragen. Die Edelstahlwalzen und der Edelstahltrog sind leicht zu reinigen und erleichtern den Austausch des Beschichtungsmaterials.<\/p><p>Die Heizleistung des Trockners kann je nach Anwendung 160-400 kW betragen. Die Temperatur wird automatisch bis 250 \u00b0C kontrolliert und die F\u00fchrung des Materials erfolgt spannungskontrolliert.<\/p><p>Angepasst an Ihre Anforderungen machen wir Ihnen auch gerne ein
