In erster Stufe wird die Ware mit Lauge auf einer Kufenpassage vollst\u00e4ndig durchnetzt und ein gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Schrumpf in Kett- und Schussrichtung ausgel\u00f6st. Auf einem Streckluftgang erh\u00e4lt die Ware den erforderlichen L\u00e4ngszug und wird dann auf dem anschlie\u00dfenden Kettenfeld mit konischem Einlauf und Breitenverstellung in der Breite eingestellt. Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig ist die Anlage mit einer horizontalen Kluppenkette ausgestattet. Im zweiten Teil der Kette wird die Ware durch \u00dcbergie\u00dfen mit Schwachlauge und anschlie\u00dfende Absaugung entlaugt und stabilisiert, bevor sie an die nachgeschaltete Waschanlage \u00fcbergeben wird.<\/p><p>Menzel Mercerisieranlagen sind kompatibel mit Laugenr\u00fcckgewinnungsanlagen. So lassen sich der Laugenverbrauch und somit die Betriebskosten signifikant senken. OPTIMERC Mercerisieranlagen sind &#8211; basierend auf den online erfassten Leitwerten sowie auf den Daten des Laugenmanagementsystems &#8211; \u00fcber das OPTICONTROL Prozessleitsystem hochgradig
