Die daf\u00fcr geeigneten Maschinen sind der MEGALAX und der OPTIDWELL. Beide Aggregate arbeiten nach dem Prinzip des Verweilens unter Flotte. Beim MEGALAX wird die Ware durch einen U-f\u00f6rmigen Speicher mittels der Flotte und beim OPTIDWELL \u00fcber unseren Hubrost \u201eMenzel-walking-conveyor\u201c spannungslos gef\u00fchrt.<\/p><p>W\u00e4hrenddessen wird die Ware jeweils \u00fcber Flottenzirkulation ges\u00e4ttigt. Nach der ungebundenen Warenf\u00fchrung sorgen Warenbahnzentrierungen f\u00fcr die automatische Ausrichtung der Ware zur \u00dcbergabe in den nachfolgenden Prozessschritt.<\/p><p>Damit stehen f\u00fcr die unterschiedlichen Warenqualit\u00e4ten zwei Aggregate zur Verf\u00fcgung, die den verfahrenstechnischen Erwartungen gerecht werden.<\/p><p>In Kombinationsanlagen f\u00fcr die Vorbehandlung und die Drucknachw\u00e4sche kombiniert der Bleichd\u00e4mpfer OPTISTEAM KF f\u00fcr Wirkware die oben beschriebenen Funktionen des MEGALAX und des OPTIDWELL. Durch Siebtrommeln mit gro\u00dfem Durchmesser f\u00fcr eine gebundene Warenf\u00fchrung und eine kontinuierliche einstellbare Verweilzeit durch das Ablegen auf Ablageroste wird im OPTISTEAM KF das erweiterte Einsatzspektrum der Anlage realisiert.<\/p><p>Die weiteren Prozessstufen werden mit den Waschabteilen OPTIWASH L im Rollenkufendesign oder den Siebtrommelw\u00e4schern OPTISPLASH
