L\u00f6sung zum Aufwickeln von Randabschnitten aus verschiedensten Materialien sowie von B\u00e4ndern und Schn\u00fcren.<\/p><p>Sie k\u00f6nnen Ihr Material auf H\u00fclsen, aber auch h\u00fclsenlos wickeln. Dies wurde durch expandierende Spannkonen realisiert. Das Zusammenziehen der Konen bewirkt eine problemlose Entnahme der fertigen Rollen.<\/p><p>Die mechanisch geregelte Verlegeeinheit des Randstreifenwicklers steuert die platzsparende Aufwicklung. Abh\u00e4ngig vom Material k\u00f6nnen Rollen mit max. 300 mm Breite und einem max. Durchmesser von 400 mm gewickelt werden.<\/p><p>Die pneumatische Be- und Entlastung des Pendels erfolgt \u00fcber ein Druckventil. Damit haben Sie die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Bahnspannung und die Wickelh\u00e4rte separat einzustellen. Ebenfalls k\u00f6nnen die Verlegegeschwindigkeit sowie die Wendepunkte individuell am Randstreifenwickler eingestellt werden.<\/p><p>Auf Grund der selbstk\u00fchlenden Antriebstechnik im MENZEL Randstreifenwickler wird kein zus\u00e4tzlicher Fremdl\u00fcfter ben\u00f6tigt. Der Not-Halt des mobilen Beistellger\u00e4tes kann problemlos in den Sicherheitskreis von Maschinenlinien integriert werden.<\/p><p>Wir haben weitere Ausf\u00fchrungen als Standger\u00e4t oder als Baugruppe zur direkten Montage in Anlagen im Angebot.
