Durch den Einsatz eines Zylindertrockners verl\u00e4sst die rein wei\u00df gebleichte Ware trocken die Anlage und ist somit fertig vorbehandelt f\u00fcr nachfolgende Prozesse wie F\u00e4rben, Drucken oder Mercerisieren.<\/p><p>Die Entschlichtungsw\u00e4sche vor dem Bleichen sowie das Auswaschen nach dem Abkochen\/Bleichen werden in unseren bew\u00e4hrten Waschabteilen OPTIWASH durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p><p>Der eigentliche Abkoch- und Bleichprozess passiert auf jeweils zwei separaten Auftragssystemen und D\u00e4mpfern, bestehend aus dem Hochflottenapplikator OPTIMAX und dem Kombi-D\u00e4mpfer OPTISTEAM: Der OPTIMAX vereint die Hochentw\u00e4sserung sowie den Abkoch- bzw. Bleichflottenauftrag in einem Ger\u00e4t. Prozessgesteuerte, hoch pr\u00e4zise Dosierpumpen gew\u00e4hrleisten dabei eine flexible Anpassung der Chemikalien-Rezepturen.<\/p><p>In unserem OPTISTEAM Kombi-D\u00e4mpfer wird die Ware zun\u00e4chst \u00fcber einen Walzengang gef\u00fchrt. Danach erfolgt die Ablage auf dem bew\u00e4hrten MENZEL-Walking-Conveyor-System. Dieses verringert die Gefahr von Querfalten in der abgelegten Ware immens.
