Banding unit

MENZEL banding units enable a controlled unwinding of adhesive tape rolls for sealing rolled-up goods or for applying adhesive tapes and liners. One advantage is the trouble-free integration into already existing machines, adapted to your requirements.

The use of different types of tape, the automatic detection of tape breaks and the clean cut with the serrated knife guarantee individual banding for different materials.

Tape rolls up to a diameter of 300 mm and a tape width of 20 - 50 mm can be used. The unwinding speed is 2 - 20 m/min and depends on the type of tape and the material to be glued.

The tape length and speed of unwinding are set by you manually directly on the banding device or are fully automatic through integration in the main control system. Furthermore, the change of tape rolls as well as maintenance are extremely uncomplicated and can be carried out by yourself.
