OPTIWASH Afterprintwasher

The dwell process for fastness washing requires special aggregates. The machines suitable for this are the MEGALAX and the OPTIDWELL. Both units operate on the principle of dwelling under liquor. On the MEGALAX, the fabric is guided through a U-shaped accumulator by means of the liquor, and on the OPTIDWELL, the fabric is guided without tension via our lifting grate "Menzel-walking-conveyor".

During this process, the fabric is saturated via liquor circulation. After unbound fabric guidance, web centering ensures automatic alignment of the fabric for transfer to the next process step.

Two aggregates are available for different kinds of fabric qualities and comply with the procedural requirements.

In combination plants for pretreatment and pressure afterwashing, the OPTISTEAM KF bleach steamer for knit goods combines the functions of the MEGALAX and the OPTIDWELL described above. By means of large-diameter screen drums for bonded fabric guidance and a continuous adjustable dwell time by depositing on deposit trays, the extended application spectrum of the plant is realized in the OPTISTEAM KF.

The further process stages are realized with the OPTIWASH L washing compartments in roller skid design or the OPTISPLASH screen drum washers.
